Judokan - Judo with Fun!
Judo is a Japanese martial art and a sport which will enable your child to burn some energy, teach them self-defence and improve their confidence, discipline, coordination, balance, flexibility and more.
The classes are taught by Miki Mayer, 4th Dan Black belt with nearly 30 years of experience in competing and coaching, nationally and internationally.
Classes are scheduled to take place at Wiz Kids Kindergym on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6.00pm for children 7-13 years old, 7.00pm for 14+ year olds and Saturdays at 11.00am for 5-6 year olds.
