Free classes
* Each child is entitled to one free Kindergym class before enrolling for the first time.
Term classes
* The term fee for each class is listed on the timetable.
* Children may begin participating at any point in the term and will be charged a pro-rata amount of the
term fee.
* When siblings participate in the same or different classes, the second child receives a 15% discount on
term fees.
* When one child participates in more than one class weekly, the second class attracts a 15% discount.
* If a child misses a class, there is no refund. The child may do a make-up class.
* Term fees must be paid for by cash or cheque by the end of the first week of the term.
Make-up classes
* If a child misses a class, the child may do a make-up class by participating in another appropriate class.
* Make-up classes must be booked with the coach.
* Make-up classes may only be done during the term in which the class was missed.
Casual classes
* The fee for casual classes is $17 per Kindergym class.
* Casual classes are allowed at the coach’s discretion.
* Siblings who participate in classes occasionally must pay the casual rate.
* Casual classes must be paid for in cash at the class.
Membership
* There is an annual membership fee of $33 per child for Kindergym
* If more than one child in a family participates in classes, each child must pay the membership fee.
* The full membership fee must be paid irrelevant of when the child starts classes in the year.
