Open Day Kindergym Classes
9.30am - 10.15am: children who crawl to 2 1/2 years
10.30am - 11.20am: 2 and 3 years
11.30am - 12.20pm: 3 1/2 to 5 years

To enrol in classes for 2012, fill in the membership form and make payment to Wiz Kids Kindergym.
Bring the forms and payment to Wiz Kids Kindergym or send them to the postal address.
Enrolment forms will be available at the Open Day.
Pay by cash, cheque or EFTPOS (cheque, savings, VISA or Mastercard). 2% service fee on credit payments.
